影／霸凌台灣無法卸責 議員張之豪英文拍片嗆譚德塞

針對世界衛生組織（WHO）秘書長譚德塞在記者會上痛罵台灣3分鐘一事，基隆市議員張之豪拍了一段影片，全程用英文表達對譚德塞的回應，張之豪說，都什麼時候了，不好好檢討自己過去3個月來在防疫上的失職，竟然還用國際記者會來霸凌一個連WHO會籍都沒有的台灣。任何一個台灣人，都該站出來反駁這種可惡的言論。

張之豪表示，譚德塞，你只有一個任務。這個任務就是確保全球得到最新疫情發展的正確資訊，讓大家得以採取必要措施。可是你沒做到，你與世衛緩慢的反應，讓很多國家對疫情爆發毫無準備。

台灣，盡管被世衛拒於門外，還是早在2019年12月就提醒你們，武汉肺炎人傳人的可能性。你沒聽，你沒動。你告訴全世界不用擔心，中国遏制病毒得很好。結果呢？

接下1個月，你繼續告訴大家不用擔心，2月，你只給了這病毒一個名字，Covid-19。3月，你才終於宣布疫情爆發。

這已經晚了3個月。成千上萬的生命因此而犧牲，還有上千萬的生命還在風險中。

Tedros,

You have one job. That job is to ensure the entire planet gets the most accurate informations on the latest development of the pandemic and take necessary measures to contain it.

Yet you have failed that job.

You and WHO’s slow response to the pandemic has led a lot of countries ill-prepared for the outbreak.

Taiwan, despite being excluded from The WHO, has warned your staff as early as December 2019, of the possibility of human to human transmission of the Wuhan Virus.

You didn’t listen, you didn’t act. You told the whole world not to worry, and China is doing a fine job containing the virus. See where that gets us?

For the next month or so, you told everyone not to worry.

By February, the most you could do, is to give it a name. Covid-19.

Finally by March, you announced it a pandemic.

But it was already three months too late.

Thousands of lives are sacrificed in vain.

Millions, billions more lives are at stake. Still.

You are not dodging any bullet by bullying Taiwan or any other smear tactics.

Be responsible. Do your job.
